FAQ: What You Need to Know about Chunky Blankets
What shipping methods are availbale?
We offer fast and free shipping to the contiguous U.S.A via FedEx, UPS and USPS. We do not offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and currently we do not ship internationally.
How long will it take to get my Chunky?
Orders are processed within 1-2 days and shipping takes 6-10 days. Worst case scneario, it will take 12 days from when you place your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally. We're actively seeking opportunities to expand and hope to offer our blankets world-wide very soon.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Shop Pay and G Pay.
Are your Chunky blankets safe for pets?
Yes, all of our Chunky blankets are safe for pets. Please note, the cotton tubing is delicate so pets with long claws can damage the materials.
How do you wash a Chunky blanket?
To get the most out of your blanket we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry. You can use a washing machine but we suggest placing the blanket into a laundry bag and washing on a delicate cycled with cold water. You can spin dry a Chunky at low speed and low temperatures or we recommend you lay it flat to dry.
What is the return or exchange policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the blanket is not damaged you will be responsible for shipping. We will provide a shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund or you may pay for the label and use the shipping method of your choice.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
